ARE THE HOT TUBS INFLATABLE?
No. We use top quality Softub brand spas with a durable design that has been proven over many years of production and usage.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
Each location is different but our tubs can be set up in as little as 30 minutes.
WHEN DOES MY RENTAL TIME START?
We will deliver the tub two days before your rental begins to ensure the water is warm at the time your rental starts. Some customers prefer to fill the tub using a hot water source such as a laundry hook-up.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
Locations must provide access to a standard grounded electrical outlet and water.
WHAT ABOUT CHEMICALS?
We provide instructions and chemicals needed to maintain optimal water conditions.
HOW ARE THE TUBS CLEANED BETWEEN RENTALS?
We run a sanitizing solution through our tubs after every rental. Fresh water is circulated through the entire system and all exterior surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant and then rinsed thoroughly.
WHAT WILL THE TUB COST TO OPERATE?
On average, the cost to fill the tub with cold water is less than $2 and the electricity cost for one week of use is less than $4.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE WATER WHEN YOU PICK UP THE TUB?
We use a pump to remove the water to a location of your choice: usually the street, a drain, or driveway.
